Most of what HBC does is training, recovery, nutrition, and product guidance. When something needs a clinician, it routes through intake and review first.

HBC collects goals, medications, history, contraindications, and product intent before anything clinical moves forward.

Physician review when it is needed

Prescription, lab, and higher-risk paths are reviewed by a licensed provider or the right care partner.
